Took me a long time for this style of vocals to grow on me. And it wouldn't have ever happened if i didn't hear the drums and think, how in tf did someone write/play and remember these abstract drum parts.

I showed this to my toddler and he was jamming along and loving it! Even babies recognize skill when they see it :)

Sam is a lovely lad and the best drummer to come out of Staffordshire for a long, long time. A chip of the old block as his dad is Stoke's top drummer and a member of Demon. The Ogdens are a an awesomely talented musical family and local legends.

Absolutely fucking formidable by Stoke-on-Trent's very own Sam! ⭐In every department - power, precision, consistency, technique, dynamics, showmanship and chops, (quite a lot of which he's deffo borrowed from his Dad!) He's also got what New Faces used to call "star quality" in spades! 💪I've only met Sam a couple of times and he's a really lovely lad but I've known his dad for some years and thru FB my first intro to Sam was pics of a chubby little ginger kid on tour with his Dad Neil's band Demon 😄 So I've followed his development fairly closely over the years and these last few years his playing has just gone totally stratosfuckingpheric!!😮💥 I saw him perform live with a variety of bands on his 18th birthday a few years ago - he blew me away then but he's just gotten better and better (which musos know demands a LOT of dedication and discipline) Seeing pics and footage of him behind his kit in sold out arenas is SUCH a flippin buzz!! 😅 💙👏And now a deal with Natal!! Way to go Sam, you and your fam deserve it - especially being a 3rd generation tubthumper! 😉
